CLAIMS UPDATE:
The Receiver has reviewed all claims submitted within the allowable claims submission period.  October 9, 2014, the Receiver sent letters U.S. mail to all claimants who submitted such claims. Each letter indicates the estimated initial distribution to the individual claimant based on the individual claimantís allowable claim. The allowable claim and the initial distribution is still subject to the Courtís approval. Pursuant to the Order approving the Claims Administration Process, claimants may seek reconsideration of the Receiver's initial determination by sending the Receiver a letter requesting reconsideration and stating the basis of the claim and the reason why it should be reconsidered.  All such letterís must be postmarked by October 29, 2014.

CLAIMS UPDATE:
The
Receiverís deadline to file the Motion to Approve Initial Distribution is December 23, 2014.  Only after the Court has made its final determination regarding all claims will the Receiver make the Initial Distribution.    The Receiver will make the Initial Distribution within 30 days of the order approving that distribution.   The Initial Distribution is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2015.

CLAIMS UPDATE:
The Court has not yet made a determination regarding the Receiverís Motion to Approve the Initial Distribution
.  Also, the Court has not yet ruled on the appeals filed by claimants in response to the Receiverís final determinations of their claims, which the Court may want to rule on before he approves the Receiverís Motion to Approve the Initial Distribution.  As soon as the Court makes a determination on that Motion or the appeals, we will post a notification here.  The Receiver will make the Initial Distribution within 30 days after the Court enters an Order approving it.

CLAIMS UPDATE 7/26/16:
The Receiver and her professionals continue their efforts to recover funds for the Receivership Estate, including pursuing litigation claims against third parties that the Receiver hopes will result in substantial recoveries that will increase the amount the Receiver will be able to distribute to claimants with allowed claims in the final distribution.  The final distribution to claimants with allowed claims will be made at the conclusion of the Receivership, which the Receiver estimates will be in 2017.
